Jeff McLellan

Vice President, Professional Liability Division, BFL Canada

Jeff is recognized as one of the top professional liability insurance brokers in Canada with more than 20 years experience. He proudly serves on the ACEC-BC Board and chairs the Membership Affairs Committee. 

Negin Tousi

Water Treatment Engineer, WSP Canada

Negin is a municipal water treatment engineer at WSP in Vancouver, focusing on water infrastructure planning, design, and construction in BC. She serves on the ACEC BC Municipal Engineering Committee, and is also involved with other industry-specific associations, currently serving as the BCWWA YP Committee co-chair and education lead. Negin is a regular practitioner of “collecting and connecting dots” throughout her extended network.

Graham Lovely

Graham is a professional electrical engineer in BC with his technical role encompassing design of Electrical building systems while his management role involves driving continuous improvement in the business, and developing team members through hands-on training and mentoring. As a testament to his exceptional efforts, Graham was honored in 2018 with two Young Professional Awards in consulting engineering through ACEC and ACEC-BC.
